We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parcel Opening Video Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, customers are requested to record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The parcel opening video is mandatory for claims related to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Missing items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wrong product received<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damaged or defective product<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incomplete order<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please ensure the video:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starts before opening the sealed package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clearly shows the shipping label and package condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Captures the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims for missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items without a parcel opening video may not be accepted, as the video serves as proof for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any such issues must be reported to our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery, along with the parcel opening video and your Order ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5\u20137 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reverse Pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reverse pickup service is available in selected pin codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
